Eden Brook Fish Company has been supplying the tri-state area with fresh seafood for over 20 years. We have grown from a small trout hatchery to a full scale seafood supply company providing the freshest fish around. We currently serve some of the top chefs in New York City with all their seafood needs. Of course we still feature the famous Eden Brook Trout raised in our own artesian spring waters of the Catskill Mountains, always delivered less than 24 hours after being netted from our natural earthen ponds.

	Why is our Fish So Fresh?: • We buy directly from the boats to avoid the middlemen. • Lobster are pulled out of the water from our 2000lb lobster holding system. • We custom cut all our fish in our HACCP compliant cold room. • We also carry a full line of frozen seafood.
